1. General
These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases from Creativitaal, registered in the Netherlands
(address: Rijssenseweg 14, 7468 Enter, Netherlands, website: www.edu-escape.com, email:
hello@edu-escape.nl).
2. Products
We offer educational products, including digital downloads and, where applicable, physical
products. Digital downloads are delivered electronically, while physical products are shipped to the
delivery address provided by the customer.
3. Prices & Payment
All prices displayed on the website are inclusive of VAT. Currently, invoices are exempt from VAT
under Article 25 of the Dutch Turnover Tax Act (small business scheme). Should VAT obligations
change in the future, prices and invoices will be updated accordingly.
Payment is required in full before download access or shipment is provided. Payments are
processed via Mollie and PayPal.
4. Delivery
– Digital downloads: made available immediately after successful payment.
– Physical products: shipped within the timeframe indicated on the product page. Delivery times
may vary depending on the destination. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout.
5. Right of Withdrawal
By purchasing digital downloads, you expressly agree that:
– The download will be delivered immediately.
– You lose your statutory right of withdrawal once the download starts.
6. Refunds
Refunds are not possible for digital downloads once access has been provided, except in cases
where the product was not delivered or a technical error on our side prevented access.
Refunds for physical products are subject to the conditions described in our Refund & Cancellation
Policy.
7. Copyright & Use
All digital products are protected by copyright and remain the intellectual property of Creativitaal or
its licensors.
– You are permitted to reproduce and print the materials for use in your own teaching or
homeschooling practice.
– You are not permitted to use the materials for commercial purposes, resell, republish, or distribute
them outside your own educational activities.
– Some content may contain licensed third-party stock images and fonts. These remain the property
of their respective copyright holders.
8. Liability
We are not liable for technical issues beyond our control (internet outages, third-party failures).
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Dutch law.
10. User Accounts
1. Customers may create a personal account to simplify repeat purchases and to access restricted
resources such as free downloads.
2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activities
carried out under your account.
3. Accounts are personal and may not be shared, transferred, or used by others.
4. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts in case of misuse, fraudulent activity, or
violation of these Terms & Conditions.
5. Free downloads provided under an account are for personal or educational use only and remain
subject to the copyright provisions of these Terms.
